How are Appointments Scheduled?
We reserve a specific time for your child's care, and we make every effort to see your child at the appointed time. These dental appointments may vary according to your child's needs and level of cooperation. By staying on schedule, we can provide every child the attention and care they deserve in as pleasant of an atmosphere as possible. Our office offers appointments Monday through Thursday.
Inadvertent delays to the schedule can occur and your patience is very much appreciated. Each child is an individual, and some may require more "tender loving care" than others. We ask for your understanding in that your child may be the next one needing our extra attention.
We do ask that parents/guardians assume responsibility for their appointment time. If you do need to change an appointment, we ask that you provide our office with a 48-hour notice/2 business days notice. This courtesy will allow us to make this time available to patients who could benefit by having treatment done sooner.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to re-schedule.
If any family member on your account has failed to show for one appointment, there will be one last attempt to re-schedule. If a second appointment is missed, ALL family members will become inactive in our system and will need to seek treatment elsewhere. We will provide emergency service only for 30 days from the date the family became inactive.
Any new patient that fails to show for his/her initial appointment will not be re-scheduled and the patient must seek treatment elsewhere.
Do I Stay with My Child During the Visit?
We ask that you allow your child to accompany our team through the dental experience. We are all highly experienced in helping children overcome anxiety. We can work with your child one-on-one giving them 100% of our attention. Separation anxiety is not uncommon in children, so please try not to be concerned if your child begins to cry or becomes upset as we escort them to the treatment area. These behaviors are normal and will soon diminish. Studies and experience have shown that most children over the age of 2 years react more positively when permitted to experience the dental visit on their own and in an environment designed for children.
We take your child's health and safety very seriously. Therefore, our entire team is thoroughly trained in OSHA compliant sterilization techniques. Please feel free to ask anyone of our team members any questions you may have regarding our sterilization protocols.
Payment for professional services is prepaid and/or due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a comprehensive treatment plan that gives your child the best possible care. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and most major credit cards. As an additional option, we provide third party financing through CareCredit.
CareCredit is a convenient, no interest low minimum monthly payment plan for your entire family designed to pay for healthcare charges not covered by insurance. You can also contact CareCredit at (800) 365-8295.
We will be happy to immediately file claims on your behalf when we receive your insurance information. The accuracy of all the information we receive is essential for proper claim filing.
Our office will provide you an estimate of your portion of dental services for your child; however, we can not guarantee what your insurance company will pay on a claim. Please understand that filing your claims is a courtesy our office provides to our patients, it does not guarantee payment. We are providing our professional services to your children not the insurance company. Consequently, you are ultimately responsible for payment of our fees.
I want you all to know how happy we were with the whole experience with your office. Very happy with the way Caitlin's teeth look. My husband and I have talked often about it. Your whole office is great!
I have two daughters ages 6, & 4 whom became new patients at your office this year. Your facility is amazing. The staff at the front desk are always pleasant, kind, and helpful, as with Dr. Anita Murray-Clary, and the staff that assisted her with my children's visit. Each and every time I have had a phone conversation with your office, I was assisted politely.
Other members of my family are now switching to your office because of my positive experiences. I would just like to say thank you for your professionalism, and for caring for my children. I too work in a patient care centered environment and I believe it's important to get feedback to know how the people you are servicing feel. I hope this letter assures you all on the job you are doing so well. It is greatly appreciated.
-Alysha S., parent of Madisyn & Kyley
I have to give thanks for taking care of my daughters. They have no complaints and actually look forward to going to dental visits! I really appreciate your understanding with this particular visit since my husband had car trouble that morning en route to his hospital procedure.
Thank you again.
I want to thank you for making Kendal and Kyle’s dental visits as pleasant as possible. It is very rare to experience the caring and kindness you and your staff provide with your services. You guys are truly amazing! Thanks again.
I have been bringing my six children to see Dr. Murray-Clary now for almost 8 years. We’ve always been pleased with the professionalism and the quality of care that my children have received. It’s comforting knowing that my children are in the best care possible in a clean, friendly and welcoming environment.
Thanks Dr. Murray-Clary and all your staff for your excellence in service.
Dear Anita-Murray-Clary, DDS,
I wanted to send you, Courtney and the rest of your staff a thank you card to show my appreciation for the kindness you showed towards my daughter, Olivia Messerschmidt. Olivia is now excited to go to the “dentist “. We have seen many dentists in the past. Thanks to you we are done looking.
God has blessed you with a wonderful heart that shows such great compassion towards children. Thank you so much!
Dr. Anita Murray –Clary’s office,
Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our daughter, Michaela last week! Your office is wonderful!!
-Mike and Heather Williams
Dr. Murray-Clary and staff,
I wanted to thank you for taking such good care of my children, Lindsay and Simon Baltzell. Today, Lindsay had another tooth pulled and talked about how wonderful her nurse J was. She said, “my nurse said she would stay with me the entire time and she even held my hand when I needed her to.” I was very lucky as a child and had a wonderful pediatric dentist. My husband’s experience was rather terrible, so it brings us great peace knowing our children are so well taken care of when they come for cleanings or dental work.
Thanks so much,
